By booking or using services provided by The Boys Lawn Care, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Services
The Boys Lawn Care provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and related property services. Services may be offered on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on customer request and availability.
Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on current conditions.

Pricing may change due to weather conditions, property size, accessibility, or additional work requested.

Snow removal pricing may increase during heavy snowfall or emergency services.
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Late or non-payment may result in refusal of future services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule services.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Access to Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, including unlocking gates and removing obstacles. The Boys Lawn Care is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access.
Property Conditions
The Boys Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items that are hidden, unmarked, or located beneath snow, grass, or debris (including but not limited to sprinkler heads, decorations, curbing, or fragile surfaces).
Weather & Safety
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Safety of staff and customers is our top priority.
Liability
While every effort is made to perform services safely and professionally, The Boys Lawn Care is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Satisfaction & Complaints
Any concerns or issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow for review and resolution.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold.
Changes to Terms
The Boys Lawn Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
